My experience and professional goals<\/em><\/h4><\/div>

I have over 15 years of experience in the Norwegian labor market, mainly in the Nav system and in sales, where I have worked with administration, guidance, case management, and working with people. Through various jobs and the process of integrating into Norwegian culture, I have gained both professional experience and a deeper understanding of what it means to face challenges related to background or differences. This experience has strengthened me and given me a unique perspective on other people’s life paths.<\/p>

I have a master’s degree in law from Vilnius University, approved by NOKUT, as well as certificates and courses in HR, team leadership, and personal leadership. In addition, I have completed the courses Job development and job retention through Supported Employment<\/em> at OsloMet, which has given me updated expertise in guidance, relationship building, resource assessment, and interdisciplinary collaboration.<\/p>
