    My background in law, several years of experience from Nav, and further education in Supported Employment provide me with a solid professional foundation.I combine legal understanding, evidence-based methods, and practical experience with a holistic perspective on people, work life, and development.<\/span>I also have my own experience with integration and building a life in Norway. Therefore, I know the challenges many face when trying to understand a new society, navigate systems, or find their place in the workforce.<\/span>This combination of professional competence and personal experience means that I meet people with respect, openness, and understanding.<\/span><\/p>\n
